Stonefire® 10” Round NaanRicotta CheeseGrated Pecorino RomanoRegular Heavy Whipping CreamHeavy Whipping CreamParmigiano ReggianoBay Leaves to GarnishBlack PepperMozzarella Cheese.
Instructions.
Warm the Stonefire® 10” Round Naan and sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the Naan. Pipe the blended ricotta, pecorino romano and whipping cream to your desire. Bake at 400°F in the oven for 2-4 minutes, then garnish with bay leaves.
