Yellow onions

TBSP olive oil

Salt and pepper

Button mushrooms

Tsp dried thyme

Mozzarella

Sauce:
1 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 tsp salt
