Creamy Mushroom Flatbread
Ingredients
Stonefire® 12” x 6” Original Flatbread
Yellow onions
TBSP olive oil
Salt and pepper
Button mushrooms
Tsp dried thyme
Mozzarella
Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Simple & delicious vegetarian flatbread with a trending ingredient as the hero: Mushrooms.
Start with a pre-preparation of sautéing onions and mushrooms, then prepare the sauce. Top flatbread as desired, adding shredded mozzarella and thyme. Bake off at 425°F in the oven for 6-8 mins, then serve it up hot!
